Brand Guide — Getting Started

Your listing is approved.
Here is how to make it work for you.

A short, practical guide for European design and architecture brands who have just joined ARCHINODE. Five steps, no jargon, roughly one hour of your time to be fully set up.

Welcome to ARCHINODE. Your application has been reviewed and approved by our team. From this point on, your brand is discoverable by Korean architects, interior designers, specifiers, and developers who are actively searching for European design partners. This guide walks you through what to do next — from your first login to your first specifier inquiry.

If at any point something is unclear, contact us. We would rather answer a small question early than have you set things up twice.

1
Log in to your Brand Portal
5 min

Go to archinodekr.com/brand-portal/login.html and sign in with:

  • Email: the address you submitted during listing
  • Temporary password: the one shown on the success screen right after your application, also included in the confirmation email

Once inside, use the settings menu to change your password to something you will remember. This is your brand's dedicated workspace on ARCHINODE.

Tip: Bookmark the Brand Portal login page. Your dashboard is where you will spend most of your time managing your presence on ARCHINODE.
2
Complete your brand profile
15 min

Your brand profile is the first page Korean specifiers see when they discover you. Take time on this — it is the equivalent of a small landing page dedicated to your brand.

Fill in these fields inside the Brand Portal:

  • Brand story — one to two paragraphs. Where you come from, what you make, what makes you distinct. Write for a professional audience, not for consumers.
  • Hero image — one high-resolution image (landscape orientation, minimum 1600 pixels wide) that represents your brand. Interior shots, product-in-context, or manufacturing details all work well. Avoid pure product cutouts here — those go in the product catalog.
  • Logo — a clean, transparent-background PNG or SVG works best. Displayed on your brand page and in search results.
  • Categories — you selected these at application. Adjust anytime.
  • Website, Instagram, LinkedIn — outbound links so interested specifiers can dig deeper.
  • Contact person for Korean inquiries — usually your export manager or business development lead.
Tip: Copy from your existing English brand book if you have one. You do not need to write anything new — Korean specifiers value authenticity over local marketing polish.
3
Add your products
10–30 min

Products are what make you show up in Korean specifiers' searches. From your dashboard, click Add Product and provide:

  • Product name and collection — the name as it appears in your catalog
  • Category and subcategory — this determines where you appear on ARCHINODE
  • Product images — one main image plus up to five additional views. Product-in-context photos perform better than cutouts
  • Materials, finishes, dimensions — specifiers filter and compare by these fields
  • Description — one paragraph in English is enough. Focus on materials, use cases, and what makes this product distinct

You do not need to add your entire catalog at once. Start with your ten or fifteen most representative products. You can always add more as they become relevant to the Korean market.

Tip: If you sell BIM files, CAD files, or spec sheets, upload them as attachments — Korean architects search for these first when preparing a specification.
4
Publish a brand story (optional but recommended)
20 min

The Brand Magazine on ARCHINODE is where you tell your story in your own words — not a product pitch, but a piece of professional journalism about your work. Recent projects, design philosophy, a designer collaboration, a new collection announcement, or a behind-the-scenes look at how something is made.

From the Brand Portal, open Write Article and use the block editor:

  • Alternate text blocks and image blocks in any order you like
  • Each image can carry a caption and alt-text — please fill both for accessibility
  • Article language: English or Korean. If you write in English we will not translate; if you want a Korean version, submit both
  • Select a tag (Trend, Design, Culture, Industry, etc.) so your article appears in the right feed
  • Save as draft, or submit for editorial review when ready

Articles are reviewed by our editorial team within 3–5 business days. Once approved, your article is published to the Brand Magazine and linked from your brand page. Approved articles are also promoted in our monthly newsletter to Korean architects and designers.

Tip: One well-written article per quarter is worth more than four rushed ones. Brands with published stories receive roughly three times more specifier inquiries than brands with product listings only.
5
Receive and respond to leads
Ongoing

Once your profile is public, Korean specifiers can inquire about your brand or a specific product directly through ARCHINODE. Every inquiry arrives at:

  • The contact email you provided at Step 2 — inquiry details, contact person, project context
  • Your Brand Portal Inbox — for record-keeping and follow-up

What Korean specifiers usually want on the first contact:

  • Confirmation the product is available for the Korean market
  • Lead time and shipping options
  • Certification documents if the product goes into a public building (KC, KS, or equivalent EU document)
  • Contact for a local dealer or, if none, direct import terms

Respond within 48 hours whenever possible. Korean project timelines move quickly and a fast, professional first reply is often what turns an inquiry into a specification.

Tip: If you do not yet have a Korean dealer, that is fine — many EU brands enter Korea through direct project supply first and appoint a dealer only once volume justifies it. We can advise on the transition when the time comes.
Founding Brand Benefit

Your listing is free through December 2026.

Brands who join before December 2026 automatically retain the €10 / month founding rate permanently, even as our standard price rises after 2027. Use this window to build your presence — the pricing lock is yours to keep.

Something unclear? Reach out.

You have two direct points of contact. Both read every message.
